If you place an order through this website, the contract for the sale of goods is between you and Porky Productions trading as Mannastery.
2. Website use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
Mannastery sells limited apparel and related goods.
Products may be described using language such as “edition”, “live”, “archive”, “one time only”, or similar release language. Such language reflects the intended creative structure of a drop and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Products are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through third-party fulfilment partners, including Printful. This means items are generally produced after an order is placed, and fulfilment and delivery times may therefore be longer than standard retail timelines.
We aim to display product images, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, garment batches, print processes, and manufacturing tolerances.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order request, but does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, fraud or misuse is suspected, or shipping cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
5. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on destination and checkout settings. These will either be shown at checkout or remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods offered on the website.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Squarespace Payments and any other payment methods actually made available at checkout. We do not control the independent terms and operational rules of those providers.
6. Print-on-demand fulfilment and delivery
Orders placed through this website are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through third-party fulfilment partners, including Printful.
Because goods are produced after an order is placed, fulfilment begins after the order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
Estimated fulfilment and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by third-party fulfilment providers, shipping carriers, customs processes, inaccurate delivery information, supply disruption, peak demand periods, and other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are complete and accurate.
6A. Third-party providers
We use third-party providers to operate parts of this website and order process, including website infrastructure, payment processing, print-on-demand fulfilment, and delivery services.
This may include Squarespace for website infrastructure and ecommerce functionality, Squarespace Payments for payment processing, Printful for print-on-demand production and fulfilment, and shipping or courier providers used in connection with delivery.
Your purchase contract remains with Porky Productions trading as Mannastery.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, operational rules, and service standards. Where relevant, those may apply to the services they provide directly, but they do not replace these Terms or limit your statutory rights against us as the seller.
7. International orders
If orders are accepted outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees in your destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or destination-country import procedures.
8. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, subject to any lawful exceptions.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us by email at info@mannastery.com before the cancellation period expires.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, unless we tell you otherwise.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.
We may reduce any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
9. Exceptions to cancellation
Statutory cancellation rights may be limited or unavailable where permitted by law, including for goods made to a consumer’s clear personalised specification.
Standard print-on-demand production does not automatically remove consumer cancellation rights unless a lawful exception actually applies.
10. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, defective, or materially not as described, please contact us at info@mannastery.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant.
Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
11. Returns
To request a return, cancellation, or remedy, contact info@mannastery.com.
Please include your full name, your order number, your delivery address, the reason for the request, and photographs if the item is faulty or damaged.
Do not send returns until we confirm the correct return address. Where products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, the appropriate return route may depend on the nature of the issue and the fulfilment location.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including branding, text, graphics, artwork, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Mannastery unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of this website or its content without prior written permission.
13. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website where reasonably necessary.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising out of your use of the website or purchase of products.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product, except where the law provides otherwise.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, internet outages, customs delays, supplier disruption, or governmental action.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at mannastery.com/privacy-policy.
We may also use third-party providers to operate the website, process payments, and fulfil orders. Those providers may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy notices and applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.
