Shipping
Orders are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through Printful. This means your item is generally produced after your order is placed, rather than taken from ready-made stock.
Because of this, fulfilment and delivery can take longer than standard retail timelines.
Estimated fulfilment and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by production queues, shipping carriers, customs processes, inaccurate delivery information, supply disruption, peak demand periods, and other events outside our reasonable control.
If we accept international orders, customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees may apply depending on destination. These are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address and shipping details
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate when ordering.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially not as described, please contact us at info@mannastery.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant.
Where appropriate, we will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may result in a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
Lost parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@mannastery.com with your order number and delivery details.
We will review the shipment and, where appropriate, work with the relevant fulfilment or shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, subject to any lawful exceptions.
To exercise that right, email info@mannastery.com before the cancellation period expires.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, unless we tell you otherwise.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.
We may reduce any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Before sending anything back
Do not send returns until we confirm the correct return address.
Where products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, the correct return route may depend on the nature of the issue and the fulfilment location.
